DXC Workplaces

DXC have embraced a more flexible and agile work experience with some staff working at DXC’s office sites when the requirement of their role requires a physical presence. Others work from home when their role can be performed remotely online without visiting a DXC office.


Job Description: The role of the Veterans Trainee Case Manager will assist and support injured workers return to work through the delivery of person-centred case management to ensure entitlements to compensation are made appropriately. Dealing with internal and external stakeholders is paramount to robust and sustainable outcomes.


Position: Trainee position as Case Manager (administration)


Note: it is NOT a pre-requisite that you have prior skills in the areas detailed above as you will receive training in these as part of the DXC Veterans Program.  


Highly skilled instructors from DXC Technology’s Training Academy will deliver a two-week on-the-job job skills training package that will give individualised support training and education for you to carry out the duties of a Case Manager.


What you will need:

  • Great at problem-solving and organising tasks to meet deadlines

  • Skilled in multitasking across various tech platforms

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented

  • Effective in communication and teamwork, including the ability to liaise effectively with workers, employers, medical, paramedical and legal practitioners

  • Excellent at customer service, with sensitivity to issues related to people with medical, cultural and social needs


Flexible working arrangements

In alignment with our commitment to fostering a flexible and dynamic work environment, we have adopted a hybrid working approach that acknowledges the importance of in-person collaboration while recognising that the determination of your work location will be based on a range of factors to ensure both individual preferences and operational requirements are met.


Location: Hybrid & DXC Technology Macquarie Park, Sydney NSW.


Training: 1-week Untapped-Talent Onboarding & 4 weeks On-The-Job training at DXC Technology Macquarie Park


Salary Range: Competitive salary inclusive of Super.


Hours: Monday – Friday Between 8:30 am and 5 pm.


Important: Successful applicants will initially be engaged on a fixed-term contract basis with Untapped-Talent. There will be future opportunities to transition into permanent roles with DXC based on business requirements, individual performance, suitability, and work skills capabilities.
