Trainee Case Manager

What's this Trainee Case Manager role about?
Imagine a role where you get to make a real difference in people's lives. As a Trainee Case Manager, you'll:
Support injured workers: Help them navigate their journey back to work with person-centered case management.
Work with key contacts: Collaborate with workers, employers and medical teams, to achieve positive outcomes.
Develop crucial skills: Learn the ins and outs of workers' compensation, including managing entitlements and ensuring sustainable results.
No prior experience? No worries! You'll receive on-the-job training from to help you build confidence and capability. Plus, you'll have the support of a First Nations Work Development Consultant, who'll guide you in developing essential skills like communication, organisation, and problem-solving - ensuring you feel confident and prepared every step of the way.
