  • Position Title: Workforce & Organisational Development Consultant (Psychologist)

  • Employment Type: Full-Time, 1-Year Fixed Term with possibility of extension

  • Work Location: Virtual (Philippines)

  • Reporting To: Head of Organisational Development


Position Summary:

As a Workforce & Organisational Development Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting our employment programs by leveraging your background in psychology. You will be part of a dedicated team that assists in the recruitment and assessment of candidates, administers psychological tools, and provides ongoing support to neurodivergent individuals and other underrepresented groups. Your contributions will be key to ensuring that our programs are impactful and sustainable, helping individuals thrive in their roles.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment and assessment of candidates through Untapped’s assessment centres.

  • Administer psychology tools to evaluate candidates effectively.

  • Support a small team of Workforce Development Consultants in delivering tailored development programs.

  • Provide ongoing support to individuals in the workplace, utilising coaching, training, and informal meetings.

  • Design and deliver training sessions and workshops for both trainees and clients.

  • Manage day-to-day performance of trainees, addressing any issues related to leave, attendance, or performance.

  • Facilitate "Train the Trainer" sessions to enhance the capabilities of Workforce Development Consultants.

  • Engage in stakeholder management, developing strong relationships with internal and external partners.

  • Participate in the planning and execution of Untapped events related to neurodiversity awareness.

  • Contribute to workforce development projects and meetings


About You:

We are seeking a registered psychologist with a passion for workforce development and inclusion. You will have experience in team leadership or management and possess the resilience, patience, and adaptability required to support diverse individuals in a workplace setting. Your expertise in mental health, combined with your ability to design and deliver training programs, will enable you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those you support.


Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

  • Registered Psychologist

  • Experience in team leadership or management

  • Proven skills in supporting mental health

  • Experience in coaching, training, and learning program design

  • Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity, with a proven ability to work with diverse groups

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Professional report writing experience

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • A curious mindset with a commitment to lifelong learning

  • Ability to transform ambiguity into practical, solution-focused actions


Desirable Skills:

  • Experience working in a corporate environment

  • Experience supporting neurodivergent individuals

  • Familiarity with online learning management systems
