The DXC Dandelion Program is a paid employment programme designed to identify and recruit people from within the autistic community and provide the necessary workplace and job related skills to help build a career. This is done in a supported team environment with team members who are skilled in working with people on the autism spectrum.

DXC have embraced a more flexible and agile work experience with some staff working at DXC’s office sites when the requirement of their role requires a physical presence. Others work from home when their role can be performed remotely online without visiting a DXC office.

The Joiners Movers Leavers (JML) Administrator roles that are available are virtual roles working from home


The Joiners, Movers and Leavers (JML) process is a fundamental and vital part of Security and Digital Identity for any organization with an IT Management system in place. It is also an ideal platform for anyone interested in a career IT Security to gain knowledge and experience of how the process works, the importance of accuracy and keeping records up to date.

DXC’s UK&I Digital Identity Team manage multiple secure accounts across multiple business sectors. Each has their own processes and tools that must be adhered to allow the smooth on-boarding, transition, and off boarding of individuals’ accounts.

What does a Joiners Movers Leavers (JML) Administrator do?

  • Key responsibilities of the role follow a client specific defined process and include:

  • Monitoring of client mailboxes for requests including new accounts, amendments of accounts, leavers requests, device requests and device returns.

  • Check approved forms are completed and accurate.

  • Co-ordinate with Vetting teams to allow them to carry out any necessary Security Checks.

  • Ensure any mandatory training has been completed and signed off.

  • Liaise with Accounts communicating clearly of any issues or completed requests.

Qualifications: There are no specific qualifications required for the role, you will be taught the skills and processes required as part of the DXC Dandelion Programme activities.

Preferred Skills: 

  • Candidates should:

  • Be proficient using Windows based technologies such as Microsoft Office 365.

  • Possess an excellent attention to detail

  • Be proficient and clear in their verbal and written communication skills

  • Be able to work on their own and in a busy team environment.

If a candidate does have existing skills, we will look to develop these moving forwards if this is the area they would like to progress within.

Further Development: JML is an ideal introduction into Digital Identity fundamentals and to the wider team. The plan will always be to use this experience to ascertain where people’s skills and ambitions lie and also to the other, more technical areas we have to offer.
