Qualifications & experience

-  Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

-  Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications (Word, Excel, etc.)

-  Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

-  Ability to work apart of a team and independently

-  Strong verbal and written communication skills

-  Proven experience as a junior accountant

-  Excellent organizing abilities

-  Great attention to detail

-  Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen

-  Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices

-  Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. SAP)

Tasks and responsibilities

-  Liaising with clients and team members

-  Working with Senior staff to help in the preparation of income tax returns for Individuals, Companies, Trusts and Partnerships

-  Managing workflow and prioritising tasks

-  including Account reconciliation
