As a Neuroinclusion Consultant, your role will involve:
Leading and assisting organisations in their journey towards neuroinclusion
Facilitating change management processes with empathy and a focus on sustainable practices
Collaborating with a small dedicated team of neuroinclusion consultants
Developing and managing project plans to implement neuroinclusive practices
Facilitating workshops and training sessions on neuroinclusion, both virtually and in-person
Supporting a diverse range of Untapped programs, including those for First Nations, Veterans, Neurodiverse and Elite Sports individuals within national and international workplace settings
Building and maintaining strong influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Adopting a strength-based approach to build capacity within organisations
Providing training and coaching to managers and teams to foster inclusive practices
Maintaining accurate and current records and reports
Utilising high level communication skills to build effective community networks and relationships
Contributing to other projects, such as learning modules, profiling and assessment tools, collaboration with Universities to develop thought leadership and research
Knowledge of local and international sectoral trends and the ability to forecast and implement sustainable solutions for clients.
Key responsibilities
Understanding of Neuroinclusion: Assist organisation in understanding the benefits and challenges of Neuroinclusion
Facilitation and Training: Lead workshops, deliver training, and provide coaching to foster neuroinclusive environments
Talent Acquisition Support: Guide organisations in neurodiverse talent acquisition and management
Culture Change Advocacy: Support culture change inititiatives to promote neuroinclusion
Client Reporting: Develop comprehensive reports on neuroinclusion efforts and outcomes
Stakeholder Engagement: Identify new opportunities for building untapped talent and foster strong stakeholder relationships
Professional Development: Engage in continuous learning and upskilling to stay current with best practices
Required skills, experience and qualifications
Minimum Bachelors degree: Relevant to change management, psychology or a related field.
Experience in Change Management: Proven ability to lead and manage change process in organisations
Workshop Facilitation: Experience in presenting running workshops, and coaching sessions
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with diverse populations
Resilience and Adaptability: Ability to remain calm and adaptable in challenging situations
Cultural Awareness: Demonstrated ability to work with people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds and diversity of age, gender and ability
Curiosity and Lifelong Learning: A desire for continuous learning and growth
Tech Literacy: Competency with MS Office and online management systems
Desirable skills, experience and qualifications
Prior experience of working in a corporate environment
Experience supporting neurodivergent individuals
Post graduate qualifications in a related field.
